We use various shipping carriers for delivering orders. The delivery time depends on the shipping method selected during checkout and additional time needed to personalize your order.
Free ground shipping is only valid for orders shipped within the United States. This offer excludes shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories. Allow an additional 1-2 days to engrave for all shipping options.
Carved Stone Memorials is not responsible for packages that are delayed or cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, acts of God (such as weather) or a mistake by the selected shipping carrier.

Free Ground Shipping (5-7 Business Days)
Our standard shipping option provides reliable delivery within 5-7 business days after your order is processed. All urns are shipped via trusted carriers with tracking information provided.
Expedited Shipping (2-3 Business Days)
For faster delivery, expedited shipping within the United States is available at checkout for $34.99. Your memorial urn will arrive within 2-3 business days.
Expedited shipping rates for Alaska and Hawaii are $54.99.
Express Shipping (1-2 Business Days)
When time is of the essence, express shipping within the United States is available at checkout for $49.99 and ensures delivery within 1-2 business days.
Express shipping rates for Alaska and Hawaii are $64.99.
Packaging & Handling
Each natural stone urn is individually wrapped and cushioned with premium protective materials. Our packaging is designed to protect these precious pieces during transit while maintaining the dignity they represent.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor your delivery every step of the way. P.O. Boxes are not available for delivery.
